Eleven college students in Louisiana Tech University’s doctoral software in Educational Management have been preferred to current their exploration at the Mid-South Academic Research Association’s (MSERA) future yearly assembly.
“Throughout their doctoral plans, these college students have labored to join their coursework and exploration with realistic software in our academic methods,” reported Dr. Lindsey Keith-Vincent, Associate Dean for Analysis, Outreach, and Innovation in the College or university of Schooling. “Their displays will display our region the power of Louisiana Tech’s plans in Educational Management and how these existing and upcoming leaders will add positively to their institutions.”
A lot of of the displays will enable the college students to share their doctoral investigation and receive opinions that will be practical as they move forward to the final levels of their educational programs.

Learners selected to current their exploration are:
- Kane Allen of Choudrant, Associate Director of Recreation at Louisiana Tech. Her presentation is titled “Leadership Development in Collegiate Club Sporting activities.”
- Kisha Brown of Bossier Metropolis, Gifted Schooling Trainer with the Bossier Parish University Board. Her presentation is titled “Examining Illustration of Gifted Students in an Urban University District From the Lens of Social Funds Theory and Culturally Related Management.”
- Bethany Ferguson of Minden, Assistant Principal with the Bossier Parish School Board. Her presentation is titled “Impact of Instructional Leader Groups on Trainer-Leader Efficacy.”
- Rebecca Hamm of Rayville, Affiliate Professor at the University of Louisiana Monroe. Her presentation is titled “Development of a Rubric Making use of the Modified Delphi Methodology.”
- Lillian Holley of Bossier Town, Specific Education Director for Bossier Parish Educational institutions.
